Practical Improvements, Properly Planned

Home improvement projects often involve more than one type of work. A bathroom upgrade may require carpentry, tiling, plumbing and painting; an outdoor project may involve timberwork, waterproofing and finishing. I look at the project as a whole so that each element is planned in the right order and works properly with the next.

Where additional specialist trades are required, I coordinate them as part of the project rather than leaving you to manage different contractors yourself. You continue dealing directly with me, with one person taking responsibility for the planning, coordination and finished result.

One Person Responsible for the Whole Project

Home improvements are easier to manage when you know exactly who is responsible for the work. Rather than passing your project between salespeople, project managers and different crews, I remain your direct point of contact and personally oversee the work from planning through to completion.

I also work on one project at a time. Once your project starts, it receives my primary on-site attention rather than competing with several other jobs for time and resources. This allows for clearer communication, better coordination and a more predictable path from start to finish.
